Loar Holdings Inc. (NYSE: LOAR), an aerospace and defense components manufacturer, reported second-quarter 2026 net sales of $171.6 million, a 39.4% increase from the same period a year earlier, according to a company press release.

Net income for the quarter was $16.7 million, roughly flat compared with the prior year's quarter, as higher interest expense and non-cash amortization of acquired intangible assets weighed on earnings. Net income margin narrowed to 9.8% from 13.6% a year earlier. Diluted earnings per share were $0.18, compared with $0.17 in the prior year's quarter.

Adjusted EBITDA rose 47.4% to $69.4 million, with an adjusted EBITDA margin of 40.5%, up from 38.3% in the year-earlier period. Adjusted earnings per share were $0.38, up 22.6% from $0.31.

For the first six months of 2026, net sales totaled $327.7 million, up 37.8% year over year. Net income for the period fell to $27.9 million from $32.0 million, affected by higher interest expense, non-cash amortization, and inventory step-up costs related to the acquisitions of LMB and Harper Engineering. Adjusted EBITDA for the half rose 47.0% to $132.7 million.

The company raised its full-year 2026 outlook, projecting net sales of $665 million to $675 million, up from a prior range of $645 million to $655 million. Full-year net income guidance was lifted to $56 million to $60 million, and adjusted EBITDA guidance was raised to $265 million to $270 million. Adjusted earnings per share guidance was increased to $1.32 to $1.36, from $1.26 to $1.30.

CEO Dirkson Charles noted that of approximately $750 million in the company's new business pipeline, initial orders have been secured providing visibility to approximately $200 million of revenue over the next five years.
