ServiceNow opens São Paulo office, adds three Brazil academic partnerships

ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW) has opened its first dedicated office in Brazil and announced three academic partnerships aimed at building an AI-trained workforce in the country, according to a company press release.

The São Paulo office spans 1,765 square meters and includes 73 workstations, 11 conference rooms, two training rooms, and an outdoor terrace. The facility will house engineering, customer success, and sales staff. The company said its Latin American team has more than tripled over the past three years.

On the academic side, ServiceNow's existing program with SENAI-SP has reached more than 1,500 participants across São Paulo state since launching in 2025. Of those, 719 students have graduated and 808 are currently enrolled. A total of 126 graduates have earned the Certified System Administrator credential.

ServiceNow is also partnering with Porto Digital in Recife to provide training on its platform, including AI and workflow automation, with 600 seats available in 2026. A third partnership with Inteli in São Paulo is underway through ServiceNow University, with additional details expected later this month.

"Brazil's AI ambition is outpacing its infrastructure, and that blind spot is the opportunity," said Federico Grosso, Group Vice President of Latin America at ServiceNow. "Companies are racing to scale AI, but proper governance and data integration are real blockers."

The company cited figures from its own 2026 Enterprise AI Maturity Index, which found that 72% of Brazilian organizations struggle with inadequate data accuracy and access, and 61% lack transparency in their AI systems. The index also reported that only 13% have implemented AI testing, auditing, and risk assessment.
