F&G Annuities & Life Declares Dividends on Common and Preferred Stock

DES MOINES, Iowa, Aug. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- F&G Annuities & Life, Inc. (NYSE: FG) ("F&G") today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.25 per common share. The dividend will be payable on September 30, 2026, to stockholders of record as of September 16, 2026.

The Board also declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.859375 per share of F&G's 6.875% Series A Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock, to be paid on October 15, 2026, to holders of record as of October 1, 2026.
