Rush Enterprises extends Canadian credit agreements with BMO to 2029

Rush Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ: RUSHA) announced that its Canadian subsidiary, Rush Truck Centres of Canada Limited, amended two credit agreements with Bank of Montreal, effective August 4, 2026.
The first amendment extends the expiration date of the BMO Revolving Lease and Rental Credit Agreement to December 31, 2029. The amendment also removes a CAD $20.0 million accordion feature, which the subsidiary determined it no longer requires. The agreement was originally dated July 15, 2022.
The second amendment extends the expiration date of the BMO Wholesale Financing and Security Agreement, also known as the floor plan credit agreement, to December 31, 2029. This agreement was also originally dated July 15, 2022.
Rush Enterprises serves as guarantor on both agreements. The information is based on a Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
