e.l.f. Beauty (NYSE: ELF) and Bubble Skincare announced a limited-edition collaborative collection combining skincare and makeup in three hybrid products, according to a press release from the companies.
The collection, called e.l.f. x Bubble, includes three products: Drop N' Dunk, a dual-chamber bronzing drops and moisturizer hybrid; Glow Talk, a lip balm and lip serum combination; and Camo Slide, a blush serum that pairs e.l.f. Cosmetics Camo Liquid Blush with Bubble's Water Slide Hyaluronic Acid Serum. Each product is available in three shades.
The collection launched August 7 on elfcosmetics.com and Bubble.com, with availability expanding to Target.com and Target stores in the U.S. on August 9. The products are also available at Boots.com and in Boots stores in the U.K. and Ireland beginning August 6.
"This collaboration is inspired by what our communities are actively doing: mixing skincare with makeup, layering formulas and making beauty their own," said Oshiya Savur, Chief Marketing Officer of e.l.f. Brands.
Shai Eisenman, Founder of Bubble, said the collection reflects consumer behavior around product experimentation and category blending, adding that the partnership aimed to deliver hybrid products "without compromising efficacy or accessibility."
Both e.l.f. and Bubble ranked among top beauty brands with U.S. teens, according to Piper Sandler's October 2025 Taking Stock With Teens Survey. The collection is described as limited-quantity.
