Conduent names Anna Novoseletsky as general counsel

Conduent Incorporated (Nasdaq: CNDT) has appointed Anna Novoseletsky as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, according to a company statement.
In the role, Novoseletsky will oversee Conduent's global legal, compliance, risk and HR functions and serve on the company's executive leadership team.
Novoseletsky previously served as Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary at Cantaloupe, Inc., where she led legal, governance and compliance functions and supported mergers and acquisitions. Before that, she spent more than a decade at Discover Financial Services as General Counsel for its global payments business, covering more than 20 countries.
Earlier in her career, Novoseletsky practiced mergers and acquisitions, securitization and capital markets law at Latham & Watkins. She holds a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, and Bachelor and Master of Laws degrees, magna cum laude, from the National Law Academy of Ukraine.
