Alpha Cash launches community-based financial network in Los Angeles

Alpha Cash, a mobile financial services platform operated by Alpha Modus Financial Services, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Alpha Modus Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMOD), announced the launch of what it calls its first "Super Connector" ecosystem, anchored in Los Angeles County.

The model is designed to distribute financial services through local organizations operating in education, housing, athletics, and community advocacy, rather than through traditional banking infrastructure. Alpha Cash states the participating organizations collectively serve hundreds of thousands of consumers across these sectors.

According to the company, each participating organization maintains its own leadership and mission while accessing Alpha Cash's payments platform. Services offered through the platform include check deposit, money transfers, prepaid debit, and remittances, targeted at unbanked and underbanked households.

The company has set an initial target of one million users to be onboarded through the ecosystem, with reach extending across California, Indiana, Georgia, and additional national markets.

"We are not building another financial app," said William Alessi, Chief Executive Officer of Alpha Modus Holdings. "We are building a national financial distribution network powered by organizations that have spent decades earning the trust of their communities."

The company described the Los Angeles launch as the first implementation of a model intended to be replicated in other U.S. markets. The Super Connector framework is described by the company as a planned cornerstone of Alpha Cash's long-term growth strategy.
