TG Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: TGTX) reported second-quarter 2026 total global revenue of $240.3 million, up from $141.1 million in the same period a year earlier, according to a press release from the company.
U.S. net product revenue for Briumvi, the company's multiple sclerosis drug, was $227.7 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, representing a 64% increase over the same period in 2025. For the first six months of 2026, Briumvi U.S. net product revenue totaled $422.5 million, compared with $258.5 million in the first half of 2025.
The company raised its full-year 2026 total global revenue target to approximately $950 million and its Briumvi U.S. net product revenue target to approximately $890 million to $905 million.
Net income for the second quarter was $7.8 million, compared with $28.2 million in the second quarter of 2025. The decline came as total costs and expenses rose to $218.7 million from $106.3 million a year earlier. Research and development expenses increased to $95.3 million from $31.8 million, partly due to $54.6 million in subcutaneous manufacturing and secondary manufacturer costs. Selling, general and administrative expenses rose to $82.1 million from $55.6 million.
Cash, cash equivalents and investment securities stood at $612.3 million as of June 30, 2026, compared with $199.5 million at December 31, 2025.
The company also reported positive topline results from the Phase 3 ENHANCE trial, which showed that a single 600 mg infusion of Briumvi on Day 1 produced bioequivalent drug exposure to the currently approved two-dose initiation regimen. Topline data from the Phase 3 subcutaneous Briumvi trial are expected by year-end 2026 or early 2027. TG Therapeutics also initiated Phase 2 trials evaluating Briumvi in myasthenia gravis and treatment-resistant schizophrenia.
