Flutter Entertainment plc (NYSE: FLUT) has cancelled its secondary listing on the London Stock Exchange, effective August 3, 2026, the company announced.
The cancellation removes Flutter's shares from both the Official List of the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority and the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange. The company's shares now trade exclusively on the New York Stock Exchange.
Flutter first announced plans for the delisting on June 12, 2026. The company said it has published a frequently asked questions document on its website to assist shareholders with the transition.
