Several additional leadership changes will take effect September 30, 2026. Frank Herbert, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, will move to a Senior Advisor role ahead of his planned retirement in the second quarter of 2027. Tamiko Ohta, who has served as Vice President, Legal for three years, will be appointed Senior Vice President, Legal and General Counsel. Louw Smith, Executive Vice President, Development, Greece, will leave the company on September 30, 2026. Board Chair Steve Reid said in a statement that Burns "has overseen the advancement of Skouries toward production, positioning Eldorado for its next phase of growth."
