Skyworks and Qorvo name leadership team for pending merger

Skyworks Solutions (NASDAQ: SWKS) and Qorvo (NASDAQ: QRVO) announced the expected executive leadership team for their combined company, with appointments contingent on the completion of their previously announced merger.

Phil Brace, currently president and chief executive officer of Skyworks, is expected to serve as chief executive officer of the combined company. Nine executives are expected to report to Brace upon closing, including Philip Carter as chief financial officer and senior vice president, and Reza Kasnavi as executive vice president and chief operations and technology officer.

The full list of expected direct reports includes Philip Chesley as senior vice president and president of high performance analog, Kari Durham as senior vice president of human resources, J.K. Givens as senior vice president and general counsel, Yusuf Jamal as senior vice president and general manager of RF and mixed-signal intelligence solutions, Joel King as senior vice president and general manager of mobile solutions business, Todd Lepinski as senior vice president of sales and marketing, and Frank Stewart as senior vice president and president of advanced cellular.

Bob Bruggeworth, currently president and chief executive officer of Qorvo, is expected to join the board of directors of the combined company following the close of the transaction.

According to a registration statement filed with the SEC, declared effective on December 23, 2025, the transaction involves a merger in which Skyworks will issue shares of its common stock to Qorvo stockholders. A joint proxy statement and prospectus was mailed to stockholders of both companies on or about December 23, 2025.
