Newsmax strikes AI content deal with Meta Platforms

Newsmax Inc. (NYSE: NMAX) has entered into an AI content partnership with Meta Platforms, the company announced July 28, 2026.
Under the agreement, Meta will gain access to Newsmax's digital news content, including current reporting and archived material. The content will be used across Meta's apps and devices to support AI-generated responses to user queries.
Chris Ruddy, CEO of Newsmax, commented on the deal: "We are pleased to work with Meta to help ensure users have access to timely, high-quality journalism through AI technologies."
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed in the press release.
