Cognyte Software Ltd. (NASDAQ: CGNT) announced an approximately $15-million contract expansion with an existing military intelligence customer in the Asia-Pacific region, according to a company press release.
The unnamed agency is extending its deployment of Cognyte's intelligence platform to support border security operations, including countering cross-border terrorism and crime, and identifying unmanned aerial threats. The expanded deployment will feed into the agency's command centers to support operational decision-making.
"A customer choosing to build further on what is already deployed is a clear signal of value – this is the repeat business at the core of our growth," said Elad Sharon, Chief Executive Officer at Cognyte. "This agency has seen what our intelligence platform delivers in live operations, and it is expanding its border intelligence capabilities on that foundation."
Cognyte, headquartered in Herzliya, Israel, provides AI-powered investigative analytics solutions to law enforcement, national security, and military intelligence agencies.
