DataMEDS AI updates record date for meme coin distribution to stockholders

DataMEDS AI, Inc. (NASDAQ: MEDS) has updated the record date for its distribution of Dream Bowl 2026 Meme Coins to stockholders to August 7, 2026, according to a press release.
The company originally announced in December 2025 that it would distribute one Dream Bowl 2026 Meme Coin per share of common stock held as of a designated record date. On July 20, 2026, DataMEDS set a record date of July 31, 2026, which has now been pushed to August 7, 2026.
Under the updated terms, holders of DataMEDS common stock as of the August 7 record date will receive 50 Dream Bowl 2026 Meme Coins for each share held, revised from the original one-for-one ratio. The distribution date will be determined by a subsequent resolution in coordination with DataVault AI, Inc. (NASDAQ: DVLT).
As of the press release date, DataMEDS has 2,847,198 common shares outstanding. Stockholders holding approximately 1,533,930 shares, representing a majority of outstanding common shares, have entered into lock-up agreements preventing the sale of those shares for at least 90 days. There are currently 919,465 shares deposited in the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) available for trading. The company has 80,826 cash warrants outstanding with a fixed exercise price of $35.00 per share.
DataMEDS will work with its transfer agent to distribute notices and forms to stockholders to collect digital wallet information needed to receive the meme coins.
