Starfighters Space names CBIZ CPAs as its public accounting firm
Starfighters Space, Inc. (NYSE American: FJET) has engaged CBIZ CPAs P.C. as its independent registered public accounting firm, following approval by the company's Audit Committee and Board of Directors, according to a press release.
The Kennedy Space Center-based company, which operates a commercial fleet of F-104 supersonic aircraft, went public in December 2025. CEO Tim Franta said in a statement: "Realizing our goals requires the kind of financial discipline and oversight expected of a public company. CBIZ CPAs brings the experience, technical expertise and independence we were looking for in an auditor."
Since its public listing, Starfighters Space said it completed wind tunnel testing for its STARLAUNCH air-launch program, advanced that program into Critical Design Review with GE Aerospace, expanded operations in Midland, Texas, secured a $17.5 million strategic investment, and was added to the Russell 3000 Index.
