Western Union (NYSE: WU) announced that Benjamin Adams, Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, notified the company on July 20, 2026, of his intention to retire effective November 2, 2026.

Adams will continue in his current role overseeing legal, privacy, public policy, and enterprise risk functions during the notice period and will assist with the transition of his duties until a successor is appointed.

Adams elected to participate in a Voluntary Retirement Program approved by the company's Compensation and Benefits Committee in 2026.
