MindWalk Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: HYFT) gave the first public demonstration of its ReefIQ biological context layer for AI drug discovery at AMD's Advancing AI 2026 conference in San Francisco, according to a press release from the company.
ReefIQ, which MindWalk introduced in June 2026, sits between client discovery data and AI reasoning workflows. The demonstration showed how the product connects fragmented drug-discovery data into queryable biological context, running on AMD Instinct compute hardware. MindWalk appeared in one of four custom demo segments in the AMD Instinct Demo Showcase, along with a video interview distributed through AMD's channels.
MindWalk describes ReefIQ as a layer built on its HYFT technology, which the company says represents biological relationships across sequence, structure, function, mechanism, pathway, evidence, and literature. A third layer, LensAI, serves as the reasoning and application component. The company states LensAI is already in contracted, recurring arrangements with life-sciences customers.
"In life-sciences AI, the durable advantage is not the model a team licenses but the biological context it can reason over," said Dr. Jennifer Bath, PhD, CEO and President of MindWalk Holdings Corp.
Dirk Van Hyfte, MD, PhD, Chief Technology Officer of MindWalk AI, said ReefIQ "links customer data to that foundation and exposes governed context to LensAI and customer-selected agent models operating within agreed governance."
MindWalk stated its participation at the event does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or commercial agreement with AMD beyond its role as a featured exhibitor. The company's business development team plans to use the conference to engage life-sciences customers and infrastructure partners.
