GameSquare Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: GAME) repurchased more than one million shares of its common stock in July 2026 for less than $0.4 million, at an average price of approximately $0.38 per share, according to a company press release.
Following the July transactions, GameSquare said approximately $10.9 million remains under its current buyback authorization, which was expanded on April 14, 2026.
Since October 2025, the company has repurchased a total of more than 8.8 million shares for nearly $4.1 million, representing an average price of approximately $0.46 per share.
CEO Justin Kenna said in a statement: "We continue to believe GameSquare's shares trade at a significant discount to the underlying value of our business, and we intend to aggressively capitalize on that disconnect through continued share repurchases." Kenna added that capital generated through "opportunistic ETH sales" contributes to the company's financial flexibility for repurchases.
GameSquare said it intends to continue repurchasing shares on an opportunistic basis consistent with its capital allocation priorities.
