TeamViewer and ServiceNow form multi-year IT automation partnership
TeamViewer (XETRA: TMV) and ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW) announced a multi-year strategic technology partnership that will integrate TeamViewer's endpoint management and remote connectivity solutions with the ServiceNow AI Platform.
Under the agreement, TeamViewer's Digital Employee Experience and Remote Connectivity solutions will be packaged as an add-on available to ServiceNow customers worldwide. The two companies plan to assign joint sales and marketing resources targeting IT Service Management, Field Service Management, and Customer Service Management.
The partnership is aimed at enabling automated IT workflows that reduce reliance on manual intervention for resolving endpoint issues across enterprise environments. The agreement also includes plans to explore additional integrations and expand to new use cases and markets.
ServiceNow Chairman and CEO Bill McDermott said in a statement: "By bringing together ServiceNow's AI control tower for business reinvention and TeamViewer's endpoint capabilities, we're closing the loop from insight at the edge to outcomes at scale."
TeamViewer CEO Oliver Steil said: "Together, we intend to make the combined offering indispensable to how the world's largest enterprises run, secure, and automate their operations."
Implementation and channel partners will support the rollout of the integrated offering globally, according to the press release.
