July 22, 2026 8:48 AM EDT

Alpha Modus Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMOD) has appointed Sasha Asgary as Chief Strategy Officer, according to a company statement. Asgary previously led corporate communications at Alpha Modus and is credited with developing ARIA, the company's Adaptive Retail Intelligence Architecture product.

In the new role, Asgary will oversee corporate strategy and capital planning across the Alpha Modus corporate family, including guiding ARIA toward deployment in retail enterprises and supporting the national expansion of Alpha Cash, a mobile financial services product operated through Alpha Modus Financial Services, LLC.

Alongside the appointment, Chris Chumas, who previously held the Chief Strategy Officer title, has been named Executive Vice-President of Alpha Modus Financial Services, LLC, where he will oversee Alpha Cash operations during its multi-state rollout.

"We are moving from proving what we built to growing it, and that needs someone who can hold strategy and capital markets in the same view," said William Alessi, CEO of Alpha Modus Holdings. "Sasha has run that playbook his whole career, and he already knows this company from the inside."

"I intend to keep building momentum with the team, delivering and iterating on best-in-class products while making sure the company creates shareholder value every quarter," said Asgary.

Asgary brings nearly two decades of experience in capital markets and corporate strategy across technology, artificial intelligence, e-commerce, and fintech. His background includes advising executives in private and public markets on strategic positioning, mergers and acquisitions, go-public readiness, and investor relations.
