July 22, 2026 8:31 AM EDT

flyExclusive, Inc. (NYSE American: FLYX) reported consecutive monthly operating records for its Jet Club membership program, according to a press release from the private aviation company.

The company said May set a company record for flight hours, with flyExclusive completing more than 4,000 flights and over 7,000 flight hours during the month. The company claims this made it the largest Part 135 charter operator in North America by both flight count and flight hours in May. June was described as the strongest non-holiday sales month in Jet Club history.

New members deposited an average of more than $190,000 in May, above the program's $100,000 minimum deposit level. Total new customer deposits during the month grew 32% compared to the prior-year period.

"Customers are joining at a faster pace, they're depositing more capital, they're flying more hours, and they're staying engaged with the platform," said Jim Segrave, Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of flyExclusive.

The company also reported its second-highest Net Promoter Score on record in June, with 86% of members classified as promoters.

Based in Kinston, North Carolina, flyExclusive operates a fleet ranging from light to large cabin aircraft and offers Jet Club membership, fractional ownership, and charter services.
