Banzai International, Inc. (NASDAQ: BNZI) announced an upgrade to the AI Moderator feature within its Demio webinar platform, according to a press release issued July 22, 2026.
The updated AI Moderator draws on full webinar transcripts rather than isolated prompts to generate responses during live sessions. The company states the change is intended to reduce manual workload for event hosts and improve response accuracy during Q&A.
The upgrade also includes tools that allow teams to repurpose and distribute webinar content after a live session ends, which Banzai describes as turning each webinar into a reusable content asset.
"Webinars have always been one of the highest-intent moments in a buyer's journey – but hosting them at scale has required too much manual effort, and much of the content has simply disappeared after the session ends," said Joe Davy, Founder and CEO of Banzai. "The new AI Moderator changes that, by turning live webinar sessions into instantly available AI-led sessions."
Alongside the AI Moderator update, Banzai said Demio has completed infrastructure improvements including CDN asset delivery and platform-wide performance optimizations. The company said these changes are intended to support increased enterprise usage.
The upgraded AI Moderator is available now as part of the Demio platform. Banzai is headquartered in Seattle and lists over 150,000 customers, including Amazon, Dell, and Salesforce.
