American Fusion names Alec Rossa as chief revenue officer
American Fusion Inc. (OTC: AMFN), a fusion energy development company based in Southlake, Texas, has appointed Alec Rossa as its Chief Revenue Officer, according to a press release issued July 22, 2026.
Rossa will lead the company's commercial strategy, including customer development, strategic partnerships, and government and institutional relationships. He will also oversee commercialization planning for the company's proposed Power-as-a-Service business model, under which American Fusion intends to own and operate its Texatron Fusion Engine systems and supply electricity to customers under long-term agreements.
Rossa previously served for nearly 20 years as President and Chief Executive Officer of MD Charlton Ltd., which the press release describes as Canada's largest national distributor of police and tactical equipment. During his tenure, the company grew from a regional supplier into a nationwide organization serving military, law enforcement, and first responder agencies across Canada.
Brent Nelson, Executive Chairman of American Fusion, said in the statement: "As we continue advancing the Texatron platform through engineering, testing and validation, his experience will help position American Fusion to develop the commercial relationships and strategic partnerships necessary for future deployment."
Rossa said in the release: "I look forward to working with the American Fusion team to expand strategic relationships, support commercialization planning and help position the Company for future growth."
American Fusion states it is developing the Texatron Fusion Engine, an aneutronic fusion platform intended for modular deployment across industrial, commercial, defense, and grid-constrained applications. The company said the Texatron platform remains in engineering, testing, and validation stages.
