MILWAUKEE, July 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Aamir Paul, Chief Executive Officer of Regal Rexnord Corporation (NYSE: RRX), announced that the Board of Directors, at its regular quarterly meeting held on July 20, 2026, declared a dividend of $0.35 per share. The dividend is payable on October 14, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2026. The Company has paid a dividend every quarter since January 1961.
