Fathom Holdings regains Nasdaq compliance after filing quarterly report

Fathom Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: FTHM) has regained compliance with Nasdaq listing requirements after filing its quarterly report for the period ended March 31, 2026.
According to a press release statement, Nasdaq notified the company on July 17, 2026, that its July 16, 2026 filing of the Form 10-Q satisfied the Filing Requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), which mandates timely submission of all required periodic financial reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company had previously received a non-compliance notification from Nasdaq on May 22, 2026, due to the delayed filing of the quarterly report.
