Hexcel Corporation (NYSE: HXL) announced a series of new and extended long-term agreements with The Boeing Company covering composite material supply across commercial, defense, and space programs.
The agreements include an enterprise-level composite material supply framework and a contract extension supporting Boeing's acoustic engineered core needs for engine applications, according to a press release statement.
Lyndon Smith, President, Americas & Global Fibers at Hexcel, said: "We are well positioned to support current production demands while developing solutions that address the industry's future performance and sustainability needs."
Hexcel's product range includes carbon fiber, prepregs, honeycomb, resins, engineered core, and composite structures used in aerospace, defense, and industrial applications.
