Hims & Hers CAO Irene Becklund to depart in October 2026

Hims & Hers Health, Inc. (NYSE: HIMS) announced that Chief Accounting Officer Irene Becklund will leave the company effective October 9, 2026, after more than seven years with the organization.

Following her departure, Becklund will serve as an advisor for several months to assist with the transition. CFO Yemi Okupe will assume the CAO responsibilities on an interim basis while the company conducts a search for a permanent replacement.

Becklund joined Hims & Hers in 2019 as its first Controller. During her tenure, she was involved in the company's IPO, strategic acquisitions, and international expansion, and helped build its financial reporting and public company infrastructure.

"Irene has left an indelible mark on Hims & Hers as a trusted leader whose expertise and judgment have been integral to our growth as a company," Okupe said in a statement. "I'm deeply grateful for everything she has contributed and for the opportunity to have worked alongside her."
