Nasdaq has notified Empro Group Inc. (NASDAQ: EMPG) that its securities will be delisted from the Nasdaq Stock Market on July 27, 2026, unless the company appeals to a Listing Qualifications Hearings Panel, according to a press release from Nasdaq (NASDAQ: NDAQ).
Trading in Empro Group's ordinary shares has been halted since October 23, 2025, following a temporary trading suspension imposed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Nasdaq stated it is using its authority under IM-5101-4 to proceed with the delisting.
The company's securities will remain halted and unavailable to trade until any appeal is resolved. If removed from Nasdaq, the securities may become eligible for trading on the over-the-counter market.
