July 15, 2026 8:30 AM EDT

House of Doge (NASDAQ: HODO), which describes itself as the official corporate arm of the Dogecoin Foundation, has named a six-member board of directors following the completion of its merger with Brag House Holdings and the start of trading on the Nasdaq.

Steve Ilott serves as chair of the board. He previously held the role of Chief Investment Officer at BMO Asset Management US and BMO Asset Management Canada, where he oversaw teams managing more than $120 billion in assets across fixed income, equities, and alternative asset classes.

The remaining directors are Michael Galloro, a chartered professional accountant and founder of transaction advisory firm ALOE Finance Inc.; Sarosh Mistry, a former chairman and CEO of Sodexo North America with prior roles at Compass Group, Starbucks, and Aramark; and Doug Wall, co-founder of Shadow Capital, a Dallas-based private equity firm focused on blockchain and fintech, who also co-founded Blockcap, a crypto mining firm later sold to Core Scientific.

Duncan Moir, president of 21Shares — described as Europe's largest cryptocurrency investment manager and a subsidiary of FalconX — also joins the board, along with Timothy Stebbing, who serves as both Chief Technology Officer of House of Doge and a director of the Dogecoin Foundation.

"Going public is a milestone, but governance is what makes it durable," said Marco Margiotta, CEO of House of Doge, in a statement accompanying the announcement.

House of Doge states its business is organized around four areas: payments, asset management, real-world asset tokenization, and brand licensing. The company noted existing partnerships with 21Shares on regulated investment products and referenced a sports portfolio and a payments application called Such app in development.
