Equinix, Inc. (NASDAQ: EQIX) announced that Jon Lin, its Chief Business Officer, will leave the company effective July 18, 2026.
Lin will receive payments and benefits under the company's Executive Severance Plan, subject to a release of claims, as detailed in a Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 12, 2026.
Equinix said it has implemented a transition plan that distributes Lin's responsibilities across its existing senior leadership team. The company also said it expects to announce a new Chief Product Officer in the near future.
