VSee Health, Inc. (Nasdaq: VSEE), a telehealth technology company, outlined its strategic direction toward AI-enabled healthcare infrastructure, according to a press release issued July 14, 2026.
The company reported that its hospital network expanded from 3 hospitals in 2024 to 58 hospitals in 2026. VSee Health also stated that 100% of its operating revenue is now generated by its iDoc enterprise telehealth platform, with gross margins exceeding 50% and approximately 50% annual revenue growth. The company said it is positioned for an approximately $20 million revenue run-rate.
VSee Health also noted it has streamlined operations following the separation of VSee Lab.
"We believe healthcare is entering a new technology cycle in which artificial intelligence becomes an operating layer, rather than simply another application," said Dr. Imoigele Aisiku, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of VSee Health. "Electronic medical records digitized healthcare information. Telehealth expanded access to care. We believe AI-enabled enterprise infrastructure has the potential to help health systems operate more efficiently, while improving the experience for both patients and providers."
The company stated it plans to add AI capabilities to its hospital network through both organic development and other means. Management said it believes hospitals are shifting from standalone virtual visits toward integrated digital infrastructure combining secure communications, workflow automation, clinical coordination, and AI-assisted support.
