KinderCare Learning Companies, Inc. (NYSE: KLC) announced three changes to its board of directors, according to a company press release.
Mike Nuzzo resigned from the board effective Sept. 28, citing personal and professional time commitments. David Barse, who joined the board on Aug. 3, will take over as head of the Audit Committee, a role previously held by Nuzzo.
Preston Grasty, a senior investment leader at Partners Group, rejoined the board effective Sept. 29. The press release did not specify the circumstances of Grasty's earlier departure from the board.
Tom Wyatt, chairman and chief executive officer of KinderCare, attributed Nuzzo's departure to years of dedicated service and extended a welcome to Grasty's return.
