Faraday Future cancels 50M warrants, outlines robotics strategy

July 13, 2026 5:43 AM EDT

Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (NASDAQ: FFAI) canceled an additional 5.36 million warrants, bringing the total number canceled since the end of 2025 to nearly 50 million, according to a statement from the company.

The Los Angeles-based company also revised the closing structure of a financing arrangement entered into last July, eliminating the issuance of the majority of warrants previously associated with subsequent closings while accelerating the receipt of financing proceeds.

Faraday Future announced it is upgrading its robotics strategy from what it calls a "Three-in-One" ecosystem approach to an "FF EAI Four-Core Full-Stack AI" ecosystem strategy. The four components of the new strategy are: an EAI Brain, EAI Devices, an Industry Productivity Solutions and Developer Platform, and an EAI Data Factory.

The company said the Industry Productivity Solutions strategy will initially target four market segments: education, industrial applications, security and inspection, and other existing markets.

Faraday Future outlined a Q3 Robotics Practical Deployment Campaign consisting of six sub-campaigns. The company stated that one primary goal of the campaign is to reach a full-year shipment target of 2,000 units. The company also said it plans to launch an FF EAI Robot Productivity Challenge competition during Q3.

The company noted that six EAI device series are now available, covering what it described as most major industry use cases. Faraday Future said initial progress has been made on an EAI Brain and a "VLA + World Model."

The company's forward-looking statements carry a number of disclosed risks, including its ability to continue as a going concern, meet Nasdaq minimum bid requirements, pay outstanding obligations, and compete against robotics companies with greater resources and experience.
