InterDigital adjusts conversion rate on 3.50% senior convertible notes

InterDigital, Inc. (Nasdaq: IDCC) announced an adjustment to the conversion rate on its 3.50% Senior Convertible Notes due 2027, according to a press release statement.
The conversion rate increased to 13.0351 shares of common stock per $1,000 principal amount of notes, effective July 8, 2026, which was the ex-dividend date for the company's regular quarterly cash dividend.
The adjustment follows the quarterly cash dividend previously announced by the company on June 11, 2026.
