SK Hynix prices American depositary receipts at $149, raising $26.5B

SK Hynix priced its American Depositary Receipts at $149, raising approximately $26.5 billion, according to a U.S. regulatory filing. The South Korean chipmaker priced the listing at a 2.7% premium over its average share price in the last three trading days, as disclosed in a filing to the Korea Stock Exchange.
Demand for the U.S. share sale was more than seven times the available shares, according to Reuters. The U.S. shares began trading on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "SKHY."
