July 9, 2026 4:09 PM EDT

Angi Inc. (NASDAQ: ANGI) announced that Austin Kaplicer, its Chief Accounting Officer and principal accounting officer, has resigned, effective August 6, 2026.

Kaplicer notified the company of his decision on July 2, 2026. He will remain in his role through the effective date to oversee the company's second quarter 2026 earnings materials and Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q. The company stated his resignation is due to a personal decision to pursue an opportunity in a different industry and is not the result of any disagreement with the company on financial, operational, or policy matters.

Effective August 6, 2026, Scott Jakalow, currently Vice President of SEC Reporting, Technical Accounting and Revenue, has been promoted to Chief Accounting Officer.

The company's board of directors has also designated Julie Hoarau, Angi's Chief Financial Officer and principal financial officer, as the company's principal accounting officer, also effective August 6, 2026.
