Karen Ferrante to resign from MacroGenics board in September

Karen Ferrante, M.D. notified the board of directors of MacroGenics, Inc. (NASDAQ: MGNX) of her decision to resign from the board, effective September 1, 2026.

According to a statement from the company, Ferrante's resignation is for personal reasons and is not the result of any disagreement with the company or any matter relating to its operations, policies, or practices.
