Faraday Future signs cooperation deals for Middle East robotics push

July 7, 2026 5:00 PM EDT

Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (NASDAQ: FFAI) has announced strategic cooperation frameworks with several UAE-based partners as part of its robotics commercialization efforts in the Middle East, according to a press release from the company.

The California-based company said its UAE subsidiary, Faraday Future Mobility Trading L.L.C., has signed strategic cooperation memoranda with Chinese Entrepreneurs General Association Co. LLC (CGCC) and Action To Action Trading LLC. The company also identified cooperation opportunities with Ibtikar Robotics, a UAE-based firm focused on educational and service robotics.

The cooperation frameworks may cover robotics procurement and distribution, education curriculum, robot rental, joint project delivery, technology demonstrations, localized deployment, technical support, and after-sales service across the UAE, GCC, and potentially the broader MENA region.

The agreement with CGCC is intended to provide access to regional business networks and institutional relationships. The arrangement with Action To Action targets procurement, distribution, system integration, and government and enterprise project opportunities. The potential cooperation with Ibtikar Robotics is focused on educational robotics, STEM curriculum distribution, hardware procurement, and rental-based deployment.

The company described the frameworks as steps toward building a regional commercialization pathway, though it noted the agreements are non-binding in nature and subject to numerous risks. Faraday Future's forward-looking disclosures flag significant uncertainties, including its ability to continue as a going concern, pay outstanding obligations, and maintain its Nasdaq listing, which requires a minimum bid price above $0.10 per share for 10 consecutive trading days.
