Duos Technologies Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: DUOT), through its subsidiary Duos Edge AI, Inc., has executed a Master Services Agreement with Chicago-based Nistar to deploy up to 2 megawatts of critical IT-load capacity at Duos' Columbus, Georgia campus, according to a company press release.
Under the agreement, Duos will provide a "Ready for Service" deployment designed to support high-density AI and high-performance computing workloads. The deployment will be backed by Tier III-equivalent infrastructure with N+1 redundant power and cooling systems. Specific leased footprint, deployment areas, and technical specifications will be defined in individual service orders.
The new agreement brings the total contracted capacity at the Columbus site to 10 MW, which is expected to begin billing by the end of August 2026. An additional 10 MW is planned for installation between October and November 2026. The Columbus campus has a total expansion capacity of up to 20 MW.
Nistar's Chief Executive Officer Jay Sivam stated the deployment is intended to support a client requiring approximately 2 MW of critical IT-load capacity for a planned deployment of 1,024 Nvidia B200 GPUs. Sivam described the agreement as "the first of what we expect will be multiple deployments with Duos."
Duos CEO Doug Recker said the agreement "establishes a framework for material expansion of our existing compute footprint."
Nistar is described as a digital infrastructure development and energy platform focused on AI, hyperscale, and high-performance computing applications.
