ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. (NYSE: ZIM) said it continues to act in accordance with its previously announced merger agreement with Hapag-Lloyd and is collaborating with relevant state authorities as part of the ongoing regulatory review process.
The Israel-based container shipping company offered no additional details on the timeline or status of the regulatory approvals in the statement.
