NORWALK, Conn., July 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Terex Corporation (NYSE: TEX) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share. The dividend is to be paid on September 18, 2026 to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 11, 2026.
