DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC) announced that its DXC Private Cloud+ product is now generally available, according to a press release issued July 1, 2026.
The product is a hybrid private cloud solution built on Dell Technologies infrastructure, including servers, storage, and cyber resilience tools, and operated by DXC OASIS, the company's orchestration platform. It is designed for enterprises and government organizations running sensitive or regulated workloads, including those in financial services, healthcare, public sector, and manufacturing.
Private Cloud+ is offered in three editions. The Core edition is a multi-tenant environment with consumption-based pricing. The Dedicated edition provides single-tenant isolation of compute, storage, and data. The Government edition includes advanced security controls and is operated by cleared domestic personnel for government agencies and regulated industries.
The solution supports virtual machines, containers, data, backup and resiliency, and private AI workloads, all hosted in DXC data centers.
"Customers across industries from manufacturing to transportation, insurance and more want hyperscale economics, flexibility, and AI-readiness in a true hybrid environment," said Chris Drumgoole, President of Global Infrastructure Services at DXC. "Private Cloud+, powered by Dell and operated by DXC OASIS, ends that trade-off."
DXC states it has collaborated with Dell Technologies for over 25 years and jointly serves more than 2,000 customers worldwide. DXC holds Titanium Black partner status in the Dell Technologies Partner Program.
