Satellogic Inc. (NASDAQ: SATL) and SpaceKnow announced a strategic collaboration to deliver satellite-based monitoring solutions to commercial and government customers, according to a press release issued June 30, 2026.
Under the agreement, SpaceKnow's AI and machine learning analytics will be integrated with Satellogic's satellite constellation and infrastructure. SpaceKnow joins what Satellogic describes as an early partner group within its Persistent Global Intelligence (PGI) ecosystem.
The collaboration includes access to Satellogic's existing high-resolution satellites, on-satellite AI capabilities, and its planned Merlin constellation, which is designed to provide global coverage at one-meter resolution. The first Merlin satellite launch is scheduled for October.
The two companies said they are already engaged in joint customer pursuits and product development. Specific offerings and milestones are expected to be disclosed in the months ahead, tied in part to the Merlin launch timeline.
Emiliano Kargieman, CEO and co-founder of Satellogic, said the partnership extends continuous monitoring "to use cases and customers that were previously out of reach." Jerry Javornicky, CEO and co-founder of SpaceKnow, cited Satellogic's economics and the Merlin constellation as factors that change the cost constraints his customers have historically faced.
The companies said the arrangement targets customers moving from single imagery purchases toward ongoing monitoring programs covering sites such as critical infrastructure, industrial facilities, and remote areas.
