June 30, 2026 8:40 AM EDT

LightInTheBox Holding Co., Ltd. (NYSE: LITB) announced it received notice from the New York Stock Exchange on June 26, 2026, confirming the company has regained compliance with continued listing standards under Section 802.01B of the NYSE Listed Company Manual.

The company had been flagged as "below criteria" in a notice dated December 26, 2024, after its average total market capitalization fell below $50 million over a 30 trading-day period and its stockholders' equity dropped below $50 million, both thresholds required under Section 802.01B.

The NYSE accepted LightInTheBox's compliance plan on May 13, 2025, granting an 18-month cure period from the date of the original notice. Following its review, the NYSE determined the company has demonstrated compliance with the applicable listing standards and is no longer considered below criteria.

The company's American Depositary Shares continue to be listed and traded on the NYSE.
