AerCap prices $900 million in senior notes due 2031

AerCap Holdings N.V. (NYSE: AER), through its wholly-owned subsidiary AerCap Funding Designated Activity Company, priced an offering of $900 million in 4.875% Senior Notes due 2031, according to a press release dated June 29, 2026.

The notes will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by AerCap Holdings and certain other subsidiaries of the company.

The company said it intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including acquiring, investing in, financing or refinancing aircraft assets, and repaying existing indebtedness.

Barclays, BofA Securities, HSBC, MUFG and TD Securities are serving as joint book-running managers for the underwritten public offering.

AerCap filed a registration statement on Form F-3 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with the offering, which automatically became effective upon filing on June 29, 2026.

AerCap is headquartered in Dublin and listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
