Wetour Robotics regains Nasdaq minimum bid price compliance
Wetour Robotics Limited (NASDAQ: WETO) announced that it received a letter from the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC on June 23, 2026, notifying the company that it has regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement under Listing Rule 5550(a)(2).
The company had received a deficiency notice from Nasdaq on December 30, 2025, after the closing bid price of its ordinary shares fell below $1.00 per share for 30 consecutive business days. Nasdaq had granted a 180-day compliance period through June 29, 2026.
Nasdaq confirmed that the company's share price closed at or above $1.00 for 10 consecutive business days, from June 8, 2026 through June 22, 2026, satisfying the requirement. The matter is now closed.
The company regained compliance without effecting a previously authorized one-for-ten share consolidation. On May 26, 2026, Wetour Robotics' board of directors deferred that consolidation. The shareholder authorization for a share consolidation, granted at an extraordinary general meeting on February 27, 2026, remains in effect.
"With this matter closed, our attention remains exactly where we placed it — on Orchestra commercial execution," said Nan Zheng, Chief Executive Officer of Wetour Robotics.
