Datavault AI auditor BPM resigns effective immediately

Datavault AI Inc. (NASDAQ: DVLT) disclosed that its independent registered public accounting firm, BPM LLP, resigned effective June 15, 2026.

According to a press release statement, the company is in the process of selecting a replacement auditor and will disclose the new firm once the selection is complete, as required by U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission rules.

BPM's audit reports on Datavault AI's consolidated financial statements for fiscal years ended December 31, 2025 and 2024 contained no adverse opinions, disclaimers, or qualifications related to uncertainty, audit scope, or accounting principles.

The company stated there were no disagreements with BPM on matters of accounting principles, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope during fiscal years 2024 and 2025, or through the June 15, 2026 resignation date. No reportable events as defined under Item 304(a)(1)(v) of Regulation S-K were noted during the same periods.
