Nasdaq has notified QMMM Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: QMMM) that its securities will be delisted from the exchange on June 24, 2026, unless the company appeals the decision to a Listing Qualifications Hearings Panel, according to a statement from Nasdaq (NASDAQ: NDAQ).
Nasdaq halted trading in QMMM Holdings' ordinary shares on October 11, 2025, following a temporary trading suspension imposed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Nasdaq stated it has determined it is appropriate to use its authority under IM-5101-4 to proceed with the delisting.
The securities will remain halted and unavailable to trade until any appeal is resolved or the securities are removed from Nasdaq. Following removal, the securities may be eligible for trading on the over-the-counter market.
