KeyBanc analyst Austin Wurschmidt raised the price target on American Healthcare REIT, Inc (NYSE: AHR) to $58.00 (from $55.00) while maintaining an Overweight rating.
The analyst commented: "Forward Looking Equity Issuance Bolsters Liquidity as Investment Pipeline Grows; We continue to view AHR as well-positioned to benefit from strength across its RIDEA segments, including ISHC and SHOP (80% of NOI), as well as a fortified balance sheet following last week’s equity issuance. We are increasing our ’26 NFFO estimate by ~5% to $2.11/sh and our ’27 NFFO estimate by ~6% to $2.40/sh, reflecting upside to AHR’s ’26 SSNOI growth outlook, combined with earnings accretion from awarded acquisitions and a robust investment pipeline. We reiterate our OW rating and raise our price target to $58 to reflect higher estimates."
