Comment for Type of Reporting Person: (1) The reporting person's ownership consists of (i) 571,428 warrants to purchase ordinary shares (the "Series A Warrants") and (ii) 571,428 warrants to purchase ordinary shares (the "Series B Warrants, together with the Series A Warrants, the "Warrants"). However, due to the conversion limitations on the Warrants, the reporting person's beneficial ownership has been limited to 56,139 shares in the aggregate.
(2) The Warrants include a provision limiting the holder's ability to exercise the Warrants if such exercise would cause the holder to beneficially own greater than 4.99% of the Company.
